June 27th is PTSD Awareness Day

Today we not only raise awareness for Peregrines, but for anyone who has experienced trauma or loss... of a loved one, a beloved animal companion, a job, or a community.

It is not a diagnostic tool (only mental health professionals can diagnose PTSD, but it will give you an idea of how you may be living with a degree of it, and how to make possible next steps.
